(EU) No 1272/2013 amending PAHs of REACH Annex XVII

2013年12月6日，欧洲管理委员会发布了条例(EU) No 1272/2013，修订REACH法规附件XVII第50条PAHs内容，第50条第2列，增加5,6,7,8的内容。此指令于2015年1月27日正式实施。

On 6 Dec, 2013, the Commission Regulation issued Regulation (EU) No 1272/2013 to amend the REACH Annex XVII entry 50, in Column 2 of entry 50, paragraphs 5, 6, 7 and 8 are added It shall apply from 27 December 2015.

多环芳烃会存在于消费品中的塑料和橡胶之中。他们可能会在某些产品加工的原材料中以杂质形式存在，尤其是在填充油和炭黑中。

These PAHs can be found in the plastic and rubber parts of a wide range of consumer articles. They are present as impurities in some of the raw materials used in the production of such articles, in particular in extender oils and in carbon black.

REACH法规附件17第50条主要是限制轮胎的填充油中的多环芳香烃（PAHs），此次修订将多环芳香烃（PAHs）的限制扩展到了能长期或短期重复接触皮肤或口腔的产品。具体信息如下：
