ZJA Series High-Efficiency Two-Stage Vacuum Oil Filter
主要适用于220KV以上充油电气设备用电器用绝缘油的净化处理，快速去除油液中的水分、气体、机械杂质及油泥等有害物质，提高绝缘油的介电压强度和油品质量，保证电力设备的安全运行，从而延长绝缘油及电力设备的使用寿命。广泛应用于电力变压器、电容器、互感器等安装、检修时对绝缘油的脱水、脱气、除杂净化处理。
Mainly used for the
purification of insulating oil in oil-filled electrical equipment above 220KV,
it quickly removes water, gases, mechanical impurities, and sludge from the
oil, improving the dielectric strength and quality of the insulating oil, ensuring
the safe operation of electrical equipment, and extending the service life of
both the insulating oil and the equipment. It’s widely used for dehydrating,
degassing, and purifying insulating oil during the installation and maintenance
of power transformers, capacitors, and current transformers.
一、技术特点:

特制的真空油水分离脱气装置，超大立体空间及表面积，促使脱水效果更加优异；
(2)
行业领先的油液间接加热系统，其加热元件表面负荷低至1.0w/cm2,保证油液在经设备净化处理过程中不会氧化裂解。
(3)
采用逐级渐进加密过滤系统设置，其过滤精度高（精度高达1μm），纳污能力强，使用寿命长。

(1) Special vacuum oil-water separation and degassing device with
extra-large 3D space and surface area, making the dehydration effect even
better;
(2) Industry-leading indirect oil heating system, with heating element
surface load as low as 1.0 W/cm2, ensuring the oil won’t oxidize or break down
during purification;
(3) Uses a step-by-step dense filtration system with high precision (up
to 1μm), strong dirt-holding capacity, and long service life.
