     ZJCH系列高黏度油滤油机是我公司专针对高黏度润滑油流动性差、输送困难、油中含水难以分离等问题所开发、研制的一款高黏度油液净化设备。该系列设备集自动控制、自动恒温加热、油水快速分离、精密过滤于一体，从而提高了润滑油液的清洁度、降低油液酸值、延长润滑油液的使用寿命，为用油设备及润滑系统的安全、稳定运行提供良好条件，为企业带来明显经济效益。

The ZJCH series high-viscosity oil filter machine is a piece of equipment our company developed and designed to tackle issues with high-viscosity lubricating oils, like poor flow, difficulty in transport, and water that’s hard to separate from the oil. This series of machines combines automatic control, constant-temperature heating, fast oil-water separation, and precise filtration, which improves the cleanliness of the oil, reduces its acid value, and extends its service life. It helps lubricating equipment and systems run safely and smoothly, while also bringing noticeable economic benefits to businesses.

    技术特点

 1）、根据高黏度润滑油流动性差，采用给排油泵设置，并选用高黏度油专用输送泵。

 2）、加热器与给油泵连锁，防止加热器干烧。

 3）、设置润滑油强化破乳装置对油液进行破乳处理，使乳化油液的内部水分子快速溃破外围油分子，实现水分子重组形成大水珠沉降于装置底部，从而解决油中含水难以分离的问题。

Technical Features

1) Because high-viscosity lubricating oils have poor flow, oil supply and return pumps are used, and a delivery pump specifically for high-viscosity oil is selected.

2) The heater is interlocked with the oil supply pump to prevent the heater from running dry.

3) A lubricating oil demulsification enhancement device is installed to treat the oil, allowing the water molecules inside the emulsified oil to quickly break through the surrounding oil molecules. This enables the water molecules to recombine into larger droplets that settle at the bottom of the device, effectively solving the problem of water in the oil being hard to separate.

 1）、根据用户需要，可选配工业PLC智能控制器、触摸屏、变频器装置；

 2）、根据使用环境需要，设备设有常规电气控制系统与防爆电气控制系统供选择；

 3）、设备罐体及管道设有普通碳素钢与不锈钢材质供选择；

 4）、根据现场需要，设备整体结构设置有移动式、固定式、全封闭式、敞开式供选择。

Various Options:

1) Depending on user needs, optional industrial PLC controllers, touch screens, and frequency converters can be selected;

2) According to the usage environment, the equipment offers a choice between conventional electrical control systems and explosion-proof electrical control systems;

3) The equipment’s tank and piping are available in ordinary carbon steel or stainless steel;

4) Depending on onsite requirements, the overall structure of the equipment can be chosen as mobile, fixed, fully enclosed, or open.
