1.硬摆锤冲击试验在跌落高度为500mm的条件下进行。

2.软摆锤冲击试验在跌落高度为800mm的条件下进行。

3.硬/软摆锤冲击试验每种装置只需进行一次试验。两种试验应在同一面板上进行。

4.门与壁板的变形测试应选择最变形量最大的点来进行。

5.检测原理：在轿壁、轿门的内壁或层门外壁垂直于壁板表面施加力，在施力点背面对着施力方向进行测量。

u 启动电动葫芦取下摆锤；

u 装夹样品门或轿壁，使摆臂处于垂直状态并锁定。
