在RSR型滚动导轨中,钢球沿着LM轨道和LM滑块上经过精密研磨加工的2列滚动面进行滚动;通过组装在
LM滑块上的端盖板,使钢球列循环运动。
钢球在小型化设计的构造中循环运动,可实现无行程限制的无限直线运动。
LM滑块的形状被设计成在有限的空间内能具有高刚性,通过与大直径钢球相配合,使在各个方向均能获
得高刚性。
【超小型化设计】
在交叉滚柱导轨以及直线滚动单元的有限行程类型中,保持架最容易出现问题,而在RSR/RSR-W型中保
持架不会偏移,从而实现了高可靠性、小型的直线运动系统。
【可承载所有方向的负荷】
这些型号可承载所有方向的负荷,对于小力矩负荷来说,单轴导轨足以胜任。特别是RSR-W型增加了有效
钢珠数量,加宽了LM轨道幅度,提高了抗力矩的刚性。因此,与平行使用的一对直线轴承相比,实现了更
小巧的构造、更耐久的直线运动。
