为了在现场级准备过渡到“工业4.0”，我们为因特网行业开发了即用网关解决方案。我们的IoT-网关基础是ECUcore-1021，加上专用的应用载板，装在IP20铝合金外壳内。ECUcore-1021基于飞思卡尔Layerscape LS1021A，是一种嵌入式控制器，具有高密度可用通讯和I/O接口。
模块上系统提供杰出性能又有较低功耗并且特别适用于现代工业应用的安全通讯。载板装备大量常用高速接口例如 Gigabit Ethernet、USB3.0、SATA3.0、PCI-Express、LVDS、DVI 和 SD-卡。另外，它还支持WLAN接口板卡，通过MiniPCIe插槽连接。这种大量的板载外设特别适用于实施自己的 IoT-网关应用。该设备的零部件具有长寿命并且能够可靠工作于工业环境温度 -40°C 至 85°C。
