转子发动机又叫汪克尔发动机。其实转子发动机的效率并不高,只是升功率高。
转子发动机全称为三角活塞转子发动机,它是一种特殊的活塞式发动机。转子活塞为一个凸弧边三角形,当转子在近似椭圆的外旋轮线缸体内旋转时,弧边三角形的三个顶点与缸壁保持接触,从而使转子弧面同缸壁之间形成三个相互分隔的工作室。这三个工作室的容积大小随转子的转动而周期性变化,转子每旋转一周,各个工作室都能完成一次四个冲程的过程,这四个冲程同活塞往复式发动机的四个冲程相对应,从而形成完整的工作循环。
缺点:是费油,污染环境,还有机器的寿命比较短。

结构:电磁式跟霍尔式两种
功用:转速传感器采集柴油机转速信号以便ECU计算循环供油量,还可提供曲轴位置信号以便ECU对喷油正时作出准确控制;辅助转速传感器用来作为转速信号计算曲轴转角的信号,进行判缸。
安装位置:飞轮壳、风扇后边。传感器与信号盘间隙为0.5—1.5mm
同步状态:同步信号博世国三为48,博世EDC17国四系统为30。
工作电压:电磁式没有工作电压,电阻为860欧姆左右。霍尔式有工作电压三线分别是5V、信号、地线。
故障现象:1、不好启动 2、冒白烟 3、动力不足 4、报ECU修复故障泄压阀打开(一般都是信号盘有跳动 、修理工更换信号盘不标准)5、启动不了

水温传感器
结构: 负温度系数的热敏电阻,其使用范围为40-130°C 功用:通过测量冷却液的温度来指出发动机的温度,冷却液温度信号可用于冷起动及风扇控制等,主要用于测量发动机冷却的温度,从而进一步控制燃油喷射量 。 安装位置: 冷却液温度传感器安装在冷却液循环回路上 工作电压: 两线一根是5V信号电压,另一根是地线
