乡镇电信线路，也适用于接入公用网的专用网线路。吊线和电缆用同一外护层，经济实用，安装敷设方便。在一31~C一61~C的环境条件下，自承式电缆的机械和电气性能保持不变。自承式电缆结构：导线：退火裸铜线，铜线直径为0．32，0．4，0．50，0．60，0．70，0．80，0．90mm。绝缘材料：高密度聚乙烯或乙／丙共聚物，绝缘线的颜色符合全色谱标准。绝缘线对：二根不同颜色的绝缘线按不同的节距扭绞成对，采用规定的色谱组合以便识别。

HYAC自承式通信电缆执行标准：YD/T322-2013

自承式电缆缆芯结构：以25对为基本单位，超过25对的电缆按单位组合，每个单位用规定色谱的单位扎带绕扎，以便识别不同的单位。100对及以上的电缆加有1%的预备对。

自承式电缆缆芯包带：用聚酯带绕包。

自承式电缆屏蔽：用轧纹或不轧纹金属带纵包子缆芯包带之外，两边搭接。屏蔽带表面涂敷的塑料薄膜与护层粘接

自承式电缆护套：黑色低密度聚乙烯。

自承式电缆吊线：吊线为7股镀锌钢绞线，标称外径为 6．3mm和 4．75mm两种，其抗张强度分别不小于3000kg和1800kg，吊线用热塑性涂料涂敷，以防钢丝锈蚀。

自承式电缆识别和长度标记：电缆外表面有永久性识别标记，标记间隔不大于1m，标记内容有：导线直径、线对数量、电缆型号、制造厂厂名代号及制造年份，长度标记以间隔不大于1m标记在外表面上。
