1、浮充充电时，请用充电电压2.275V/单格（20℃时的设定值），进行定电压充电或0.002CA以下的电流进行定电流充电。温度有0C以下或40C以上时，有必要对充电电压进行修正，以20C为起点每变化一度，单格电压变化-3mv。2、循环充电时，充电电压以2.40-2.50V/单格（20℃时的设定值），进行定电压电压充电。温度在5C以下或35℃以上进行充电时，以20℃为起点，每变化一度充电电压调整-4mv/单格。

充电初期电流控制在0.25CA以下。

充电量设为放电量的100-120%，但环境温度在5C以下时，设为120-130%。

温度越低（5C以下）充电结束时间越长，温度越高（35C以上）越容易发生过充电，所以特别是在循环使用时，在5C～30C内进行充电较好。

为防止过充电尽量安装充电计时器，或自动转换成涓流式充电方式。

充电时电池温度要控制在-15C～+40C的范围内。

安装蓄电池时，请务必遵守以下事项：

1．1不要在密封空间或火的附近安装蓄电池，否则有引发爆炸及火灾的危险。

1．2不要用乙烯薄膜类有可能引发静电的东西盖住蓄电池，产生静电时有时会引起爆炸。

1．3不要在有可能进水的地方安装蓄电池，否则有发生触电、火灾的危险。

1．4请不要在超过-40 °C~60 °C环境下安装蓄电池。

1．5不要在有粉尘的地方使用蓄电池，否则有可能造成蓄电池短路。

1．6将蓄电池放进箱内使用时，要注意空气流通。

1．7不要有粘性或标贴类物体压住上盖，因上盖下面有排气阀，电池内产生的气体将不能逸出。

1． 8并联的个数——浮充电时，插接式端子电池最多只能关联三列，螺栓紧固式端子没有特别限制，但并联数量小可靠性增加。另外，并联接线时，有必要考虑使各列之间接线导体和接触电阻等同，为使各列充放电电池保持均衡，实际使用上请不要超过三列。

1．9同时使用容量不同、新旧不同，厂家不同的电池时，由于其特性值不同有可能使蓄电池和机器受到损坏，所以请避免使用。
