Line Impedance Stabilization Networks are specialized low pass filtered 
networks used to measure common mode conducted emission from power lines.
 The LISN must maintain a characteristic impedance to the EUT and isolate 
the EUT from unwanted RF signals on both DC and AC power sources while 
allowing the necessary voltage and to be delivered to the EUT,. 
The LISN provides a 50O shunt impedance for the measurement  
 emission produced by the EUT.
