机床主要特点
1、机床采用机、电、液三位一-体，按照人机工程学宜人化进行布局设计，结构紧凑，节约面积、操作简便、
维修方便。
2、床身导轨采用矩型导轨结构，经高频淬火，与其对应的滑板接触面为贴塑导轨，能明显地降低导轨滑动时
的摩擦阻力，具有良好的动态特性。
3、主轴采用P5级轴承，并经精密动平衡，轴承采用进口润滑脂润滑，确保主轴高速平稳旋转，并将热变形降
至低限度。
4、机床纵、横向运动采用丝杠和交流伺服电机直连，丝杠轴承采用角接触轴承，保证了传动的高精度。尾
座的夹紧和定位是由侧面两螺杆带动夹紧块来实现的，将双螺杆上的螺母锁紧，螺杆带动夹紧块上升，将尾
架固定在床身上。

permanent imported grease to ensure the stable rotation of the main shaft at high speed and minimize thermal
deformation.
