化学气相沉积硫化锌是一种性能优异的红外光学材料,广泛用作红外窗口、球罩和光学元件。
采用自主研发的化学气相沉积技术,以锌和硫化氢气体为原料,生产出了高质量的化学气相沉积硫化锌产品,并可向客户提供标准及多光谱硫化锌产品。  
标准硫化锌在8-12μm波段上具有很好的透过率和折射率均匀性,高强度和化学稳定性使其可以再恶劣的环境中使用。
多光谱硫化锌是由标准硫化锌经过热等静压处理获得的,具备从可见光到长波红外波段的全波段透射性能。我们生产的多光谱硫化锌在1.06μm有很高的透过率,能够满足多波段复合的使用要求。
