Tektronix TDS1002示波器是数字式示波器，其正面外形如图1。它对来自探头的信号放大，然后采样，

再将采样数据对应的波形记录，最后将波形显示在屏幕上。同时，在示波器内部可对数据作一些处理，

例如，统计平均，快速傅立叶变换，并将处理过的波形显示在屏幕上。它还可以通过GPIB卡（General 

Purpose Interface Bus）与计算机、打印机等设备进

行数据交换，因此，可由计算机对示波器采集到的数据做进一步的处理。Tektronix TDS1002示波器的最

高采样率1GHz，屏幕显示的波形由2500采样点的数据连接而成。
