用        途：地塞米松  主要用于抗炎和抗过敏，适用于类风湿性关节炎和其他胶原性疾病等。主要用于胶原性疾病，如风湿性关节炎、红斑性狼疮、风湿性心脏病、心肌炎等症。地塞米松磷酸钠是抢救垂危病人不可缺少的急救药品。  
  
    地塞米松是人工合成的糖皮质激素中生物作用最强的激素之一，仅需要很小的量即能达到与天然皮质醇相似的作用，因其量小，分布在血中浓度很低，难以用常规放射免疫定量测定法测出，故对测定自身皮质醇分泌量无影响。本试验利用地塞米松这一特性，通过地塞米松  对垂体、下丘脑分泌的促肾上腺皮质激素和促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素的抑制作用，及由此引起肾上腺皮质激素分泌减少的程度，来了解下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能是否高于正常，其可能的病变在na个器官。
