UHMW-PE制品的独特分子结构，使它具有超然的抗滑动摩擦能力。耐磨性高于一般的金属和塑料制品，是碳钢的6.6倍，不锈钢的5.5倍，黄铜的27.3倍，是酚醛树脂的17.9倍，尼龙的5倍，PTFE的5倍。

2、极高的耐冲击性

在现有的工程塑料中本产品的冲击韧性值高，许多材料在严重的冲击中会裂纹、破损、破碎或表面能力疲劳，本产品按GB1843标准，进行悬臂梁冲击试验达到无破坏。

3、良好的耐化学腐蚀性

本产品可以耐烈性化学品的侵蚀，除对某此强酸在高温下有轻微腐蚀外，在其它的碱液，酸液中不受腐蚀，对海水，液体洗涤剂性能也很稳定。

4、很低的磨擦系数

由 于本产品内含蜡状特质，磨擦系数（196N，2小时）仅为0.219MN/m（GB3960）自身润滑性很好，自身滑动性能优于油润滑的钢和黄铜；特别是 在环境恶劣、灰尘、泥沙多的地方，本品的自身干润滑性能更充分的显示出来，不但能运动自如，且保护相关工作不被磨损、拉伤。

5、表面非附着性

本产品由于磨擦系数小和无极性，具有很好的表面非附着性。现有的材料一般在PH值为9以上的介质中均结垢，本品则不结垢。这一特性对火电站用于排煤粉灰系统有重大意义。

6、其它特性

本产品还有吸能、吸噪音、抗静电、不吸水（6％）、比重轻、耐候性好、容易机械加工、可着色等突出特性。

上述特性是本产品的基本特性，还可以根据各种不同的需要，加入添加剂进行改性，如：增强强度、阻燃性等。

Because of the waxy quality contained in this product, the friction coefficient (196N-1 / 2 hours) is only 0.219mn / m (GB3960) self-lubricity, and its sliding performance is superior to that of oil-lubricated steel and brass, especially in places where the environment is harsh, dust and sediment are high, The dry lubrication performance of this product is more fully displayed, not only can move freely, but also protect the related work from wear and tear.

5, surface non-adhesion

Due to small friction coefficient and no polarity, this product has good surface non-adhesion. The existing materials generally scale in the medium with PH value above 9, but not in this product. This characteristic is of great significance for coal ash removal system in thermal power station.

6, other characteristics

This product also absorbs the energy, absorbs the noise, the antistatic, does not absorb the water (6%), the specific gravity is light, the weather resistance is good, easy to machine processing, can coloring and so on outstanding characteristic.
