一、超高分子量聚乙烯板材是粘均分子量在300万以上的线形结构聚乙烯。所用超高分子量聚乙烯经模压生产的超高分子量聚乙烯板材它具有耐磨、耐冲击、自润滑、耐腐蚀、耐低温、卫生无毒、不粘附、不吸水等综合性能。

The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) sheet produced by molded pressure has the comprehensive properties of wear resistance, impact resistance, self-lubrication, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, non-toxic hygiene, non-adhesion, no water absorption and so on.

1、高耐磨性：静摩擦系数为0.07；

2、耐腐蚀性：可以在80℃的浓盐酸中应用，在75%的、20%的硝酸中性能稳定。

3、抗冲击性：抗冲击性居尼龙之首，无论是外力强冲击、内部压力波动，都难以使其开裂。其冲击强度是聚氯乙烯的20倍，尼龙66的10倍，聚四氟乙烯的8倍。

4、耐低温性：在―269℃低温下，具有一定的延展性。

5、电性能：体积电阻大，击穿电压达50KV/mm,介电常数为2.3。
