1. 机座：由机体 、底座、筛网等组成。

2. 传动系统：由主轴、旋转刀、固定刀、皮带轮、飞轮、电机等组成。

3. 上罩：由优质钢板焊接，并装有夹层降低噪声。

■.安装和调试 Installation  and  Adjustments

■.安装

1. 应连接有效的接地导线。接地电阻不小于0.152。

2. 根据要求（380V，50HZ，415V，50HZ， 220V，60HZ）。

 

■.Installation

1. It should  be grounded properly by wires. The grounding resistance should  be no smaller than 0.152.

2. Connect  it  to appropriate power source (380v,50Hz,415v,50Hz,220v,60Hz) .

■. 调试

1. 将产品各部相对运动部位的防绣涂层擦干净，加注适量的润滑油。

2. 检查并紧固刀片，以防松动。

3. 检查机体内部，清除异堆物，如螺钉、螺母等硬实物，以免损坏刀具。

4. 用手盘动飞轮一周，检查机座内动、定刀的间隙。

5. 检查传动系统是否灵活自如。

6. 启动电源空转，检查电机旋转方向是否正确。（如方向相反，将电线R及S对调接驳即可）。

■. Adjustments

1. Clean the motional parts of  the machine off the  rust-proof coating ,and fill in proper amount of lubricant .

2. Check the blades and make sure they are tightly fixed.

3. Check the interiors of  the machine and make sure that there is no foreign articles,such as screws,nuts and other hard substance, to avoid possible damage of  the blades.

4. Turn the flying-wheel one cycle manually to check the clearances of the rotating and fixed blades within the machine frame.

5. Check to see if the transmission system is operating smoothly.

6. Turn on  the  power and operate the machine without loads to see the mo-tor is working in the correct direction. (If the direction is reversed,change the POSTTTION of wire R and  S connections.)

使用  Operation

■. 操作方法

1. 打开箱体，证实机座内无任何非破碎物料。

2. 按下“启动”按钮（绿色）启动电源，空转5分钟，证实没有异常音动，运转正常，再投入破碎物料。

3. 破碎物不宜过大，应先处理成小块再投入机内破碎。

4. 投放料时，应有一定的间隔时间（如持投入的料进入切削状态后，再投入第二批。）

5. 若出现主轴卡死（电机停止转动），应立即按下“停止）按钮（红色），待处理后再重新启动。

6. 刀用钝后，折下刃磨，安装时定刀与动刀的间隙应.0.10-0.25为宜。

■. Operation Procedures

1. Open the cover to make sure there is no feedings inside the machine which are not to be crushed.

2. Press the “ON” button (green) and let the machine run idly for 5minutes.when it is confirmed the there  is no abnormal sound, it shows the machine is operating properly. Then feed in the materials to be crushed.

3. The pieces of materials to be crushed should not  be too big in size.Make it into small pieces and then feed then in.

4. There should be an interval between the feedings (For instance, when the first feeding is being crushed. Put in the nest feeding.)

5. When the main shaft happens to be blocked (the motor stops rotating ),press the “OF” button (red) immediately. Restart the machine after the blockage is removed.

6. When the blades are blunt ,remove the blades and sharpen then. The clear-ace between the fixed blades and motional blades be 0.10-0.25mm when re-installed.

■. 注意事项

1. 操作人员应在熟悉和了解本机性能及本说明书有关要求后，方能进行操作。

2. 开机前应检查电源是否相符，必须接牢地线。

3. 检查机座内有无非破碎物。

4. 检查动刀、定刀螺丝是否紧固牢靠。

5. 破碎物不宜过大。

6. 投放料时，不得连续不断，间隔时间为20秒。

7. 机器发出异常音动时，应立即停机检查。

8. 电机突然停止转动（卡死）时，应立即停机检查处理后，手动盘转动自如时，方可继续启动。

■. Notes and Precautions

1. The operator should not begin operation unless he has a thorough knowl-edge about the performances of  the machine and the requirements described in this manual.

2. Before turning on machine, it is essential to make sure that the power source complies with the required technical data and the power source complies with the required technical and that the grounding is properly made.

3. Check to see if there is any substance not to be crushed inside the machine.

4. Check to see if the motional and fixed blades are tightly fixed.

5. The pieces of materials to be crushed should not be too big in size.

6. No continuous feeding is allowed. The interval between the feedings is 20 seconds.

7. When the machine makes an abnormal sound or noise ,stop the operation immediately and check for the causes.

8. When the motor abruptly stops running (blocked),turn off  the machine at once. After inspection and proper treatment  is made and manual turning  is made and manual turning is smooth ,re-start the operation.
