MTC液压锁VRDE系列简介

应用

用于将致动器保持和锁定到位，直到施加先导压力。

可以直接在液压缸上轻松组装。

指令

使用合适的接头将要控制的执行器端口连接到A2和U2端口，压力流到A1和U1。

操作

该阀允许从A1端口流向A2端口，直至与其连接的执行器。 同时，A1中的压力流量打开U2端口上的安全阀，从而允许流向U1返回。

当压力流从U1端口流向U2端口时，会出现相反的情况。

选项

铝制主体-弹簧设置为0.5或8 bar-Viton密封件-导向活塞上没有密封-没有螺母和切割螺母-用于液压缸的特殊接头套件，如Z20 / 0卡所示。

特征

钢体-黄色镀锌-硬化内部组件-先导活塞上的密封-带螺母和切割螺母-无泄漏。

Application

They are used to hold and lock an actuator in POSTTTION until pilot pressure is applied.

They can be easily assembled on hydraulic cylinders directly.

Instruction

Connect the actuator ports to be controlled to A2 and U2 ports with their suitable fittings and the pressure flow to A1 and U1.

Operation

This valve allows flow from A1 port to A2 port up to the actuator to which it is connected. At the same time, the pressure flow in A1 opens the relief valve on U2 port, thus allowing the flow return towards U1.

The opposite situation occurs when pressure flow passes from U1 port to U2 port.

Optional

Aluminium body – Spring set at 0.5 or 8 bar – Viton seals –Without seal on pilot piston – Without nut and cutting nut –Special fittings kit for hydraulic cylinder as shown in Z20/0 card.

Steel body – Yellow zinc plated – Hardened internal components– Seal on pilot piston – With nut and cutting nut – No leakage.
