Welding robot operation and maintenance
1.机器人操作工必须经过专业培训，了解系统指示灯及按钮的用途，熟知最基本设备知识，安全知识及注意事项后方可使用。
1. Robot operators must be trained to understand the use of system indicator lights and buttons, familiar with the basic equipment knowledge, safety knowledge and precautions before using.
2.机器人工作前的检测工作

线槽，导线无破损外露；
The line is not exposed to breakage.
机器人本体，外部轴，清枪站，水冷机上严禁摆放杂物你，工具等； 3 控制柜上严禁摆放装有液体物件（如 水瓶）；
Robot body, external shaft, gun clearing station, water cooler is strictly prohibited to put sundries, tools, etc. 3 control cabinet is strictly prohibited to put liquid objects (such as water bottles);
操作室无易燃物品 （如 棉鞋）；
There are no inflammable items (such as cotton shoes) in the operating room.
操作室温度不得超过25摄氏度；
The operating room temperature should not exceed 25 degrees Celsius.
无漏气漏水漏电现象；
No leakage and leakage.
焊接工装螺纹无损坏，机器人无异常；
There is no damage to the welding thread and no abnormal robot.
机器人工作范围内无磁场，震动源 （如 磁铁）
There are no magnetic fields and vibration sources (such as magnets) in the working area of robots.
3.开机

打开总电闸；
Turn on the main switch.
打开控制柜，焊机，水冷机电源 （注 KUKA先开控制柜再开焊机）；
Turn on the control cabinet, the welder and the power supply of the water cooler (KUKA first opens the control cabinet and reopens the welder).
机器人在接通电源后无报警，方可操作作业。
The robot can operate without alarm after it is connected to the power supply.
4.用示教盒操作机器人及运行作业时，请确认机器人动作范围内没有闲杂人员。操作室非工作人员或维修人员不得进入。
4. When operating the robot and running the operation with the teaching box, please make sure that there are no idle personnel within the scope of the robot action. No staff or maintenance personnel are allowed to enter the operating room.
5.示教盒使用后，应摆放规定位置，远离高温区，不可放置在机器人工作区域以防发生碰撞，造成人员与设备的损坏事故。

5. After the teaching box is used, it should be placed in a prescribed POSTTTION far away from the high temperature area. It should not be placed in the working area of the robot to prevent collision, causing damage to personnel and equipment.
