首先特别需要注意的是，在实施焊机内部或是外部等接头端子之检查时，必需把入力电源开关关闭后才可施行。

1.定期做好检测工作。比如查看焊机通电时，冷却风扇之旋转是否平顺；是否有异常的振动，声音和气味发生；气体是否有漏泄；电焊线的接头及绝缘之包扎是否有松懈或剥落；焊接之电缆线及各接线部位是否有异常的发热现象等。

2.由于焊机是强迫风冷的，很容易从周围吸入尘埃并积存于机内。所以我们可以定期利用清洁干燥之压缩空气将焊机内部的积尘吹拭清除。尤其是变压器、电抗线圈及线圈卷间的空隙缝和功率半导体等部位要特别清拭干净。

Therefore, we can regularly clean and dry up the dust inside the welder by using clean and dry compressed air. 3.定期检查电力配线的接线部位。入力侧、出力侧等端子，以及外部配线的接线部位，内部配线的接线部位等部位的接线螺丝是否有松动，生锈时要把锈除去使接触导电良好。

4.焊机长期的使用难免会使外壳因碰接而变形，生锈而受损伤，内部零件也会消磨，因此在年度的保养和检查时要实施不良品零件的更换和外壳修补及绝缘劣化部位的补强等综合修补工作。不良品零件的更换在做保养时最好能够全部一次更换新品以确保焊机之性能。
4. The long-term use of the welder will inevitably lead to deformation of the shell due to contact, rust and damage, internal parts will wear away, so in the annual maintenance and inspection to implement the replacement of defective parts and shell repair and insulation deterioration parts of the repair work. The replacement of defective parts is best to replace all the new products at one time to ensure the performance of the welder.
以上所实施的定期保养和检查，可以减少焊接故障的发生，虽然需要花费一些时间与精力，但是可使焊机的寿命延长，并能增进作业的效率，确保焊机的性能及提高安全性。是焊接工作中不可忽视一项重要内容。
