Maintenance of wire feeder
1.加压力调整
1. pressure adjustment
送丝辊轮加压力要根据所用的焊丝直径适当地调节。如果压力不足，焊丝将打滑；压力过大，焊丝将被刻伤、变形。若用药芯焊丝，送丝轮加压力要比实芯焊丝小。
The pressure of wire feeding roller should be adjusted according to the diameter of the wire used. If the pressure is insufficient, the welding wire will slip; if the pressure is too high, the welding wire will be cut and deformed. If the flux cored wire is used, the pressure of the wire feed wheel is smaller than that of the solid core wire.
2.焊丝矫直装置的调整

焊丝矫直装置的调整方法按机种的不同而异，要根据制造厂家的标示调整到相应焊丝直径的适合位置。
The adjustment method of wire straightening device varies according to the type of machine and should be adjusted to the appropriate POSTTTION of wire diameter according to the manufacturer's indication.
3.焊丝盘的安装

若安装不到位，焊丝盘在旋转中就有掉下来的危险，产生严重后果。要好好检查制动块或插销是否可靠地装上。
If the installation is not in place, the wire tray will be in danger of falling in rotation, resulting in serious consequences. Check whether the brake block or bolt is reliably installed.
4.送丝轮及所用的焊丝直径

必须装上适合于所用焊丝直径的送丝轮，并检查滚轮上所刻的数字是否与所用焊丝直径一致。
A wire feeder wheel suitable for the wire diameter used must be installed and the number engraved on the roller must be checked to be consistent with the wire diameter used.
5.送丝滚轮沟槽的磨耗污损

检查送丝滚轮的沟槽是否磨耗，沟槽表面是否刻伤，沟槽中是否粘附着尘埃、铁粉、焊丝镀屑等。清理时要用棉纱抹布等揩净。
Check whether the groove of wire feeding roller is abrasive, whether the groove surface is scratched, whether dust, iron powder and welding wire scraps are adhered to the groove. When cleaning, use cotton cloth and rag to wipe away.
6.导丝嘴的检查

装设于送丝滚轮前后的导丝嘴磨损或与送丝滚轮不水平，就会引起焊丝弯曲，送丝不稳定，因此，必须定期检查和维修。

If the guide nozzle installed before and after the wire feeding roller is worn or not level with the wire feeding roller, the welding wire will bend and the wire feeding will be unstable. Therefore, regular inspection and maintenance are necessary.
