本试验台由4个主要部分组成:

一、液压脉冲系统

因为我们知道,液压系统是实现压力脉冲模拟以及压力控制的基础,主要设计难点是压力的控制,压力上升的速率,以及测量件故障损坏告知和自动处理。

在设计压力控制中,我们采用变排量的液压泵以及电子溢流控制阀等部件组成的回路进行高压的控制,低压由电子泄流阀等组成的低压控制回路。但是压力上升的速度是由于压力泵的排量决定的。(我们知道,压力升高,测量件将会变形,容积会增进。增进的压力和容积有个相对应的关系)因此,在最快速的脉冲试验中,在多短的时间中,注入测试件的液体容积是关键,这也是我们计算泵排量的基础。

二.箱体设计

我们知道,一个系统是有很多小系统组成的,箱体是由液压系统和热交换系统,控制仪表等组成的一个有机体,在设计中我们首先根据设计要求必须双开门,就是正面和反面都可以开门。在门都安装闭合检测开关,进行测量检测,以满足试验安全性。

整个箱体外围是个空气循环系统,到测试室的空气,进行充分的热交换,保证箱体的控制温度。当然,箱体间的隔热处理也是十分重要的。

三、箱体温度控制和液压系统控制。

箱体的温度控制,我们在上面进行了说明。按标准由于液压部分的温度达到140度,加热系统必须在有压力的情况下进行,液压部分的加热,在压力泵输出后端进行加热。整个系统采用智能PID控制,保证温度的控制达到要求精度。

四、控制系统选择

整个控制系统,我们采用工业控制计算机+二次控制仪表系统+传感器开关控制模式,并对所有的开关量进行闭合PLC监控,并采用逻辑关系,保证系统的安全和可靠,能够进行故障记录,自动系统锁定逻辑,保证无人值班的试验安全。主要测量仪表设备采用进口著名厂。并有网络操作功能。(可以记录压力曲线,温度曲线,脉冲次数)
