SAW-Z系列螺柱焊接自动化平台是一种高精度、高效率全自动数控螺柱焊接系统。3轴传动均采用高精度滚珠丝杆线性模组，运行稳定，定位精度高，使用寿命长；控制系统采用工业级工控电脑主板及运动控制卡，交流伺服驱动；焊机选用SAW-D型储能焊接机（也可配SAW-3000A型DSP高频逆变螺柱焊机）。Z轴由电机驱动，可配一把焊枪或多把焊枪。

SAW-Z series of stud welding automation platform is an automatic CNC Stud Welding System with high precision and high efficiency. 3-axis is driven through linear guidance with ball bearing, which ensures stable operation, high POSTTTIONing accuracy ang long life of the system. the control system uses the industry-level industrial computer mainboard, motion control card and AC servo drive, while the welding machines use SAW-D capacitor discharge welding machine (also with SAW-3000A DSP-based high-frequency inverter stud welder).

Z-axis which is a motor-driven, can be equipped with one or more guns.
