陶瓷拉西环是塔填料历史上最早的、具有固定几何形状的环形填料，陶瓷拉西环填料于1914年由拉西（F.  Rashching）发明，为外径与高度相等的圆环。拉西环填料的气液分布较差，传质效率低，阻力大，通量小，目前工业上已较少应用。它的形状简单，其高度与直径尺寸相等。大尺寸的拉西环（100mm以上）一般采用整砌方式规则填充，76mm尺寸以下的拉西环一般采用乱堆方式装填。


特点:    填料环的外径与高度相等，结构简单，价廉，但存在液体分布不均匀和严重的壁流沟流现象等特点。现    
在一般用耐腐蚀的陶瓷拉西环在制酸工业中使用。

应用:  具有优异的耐酸耐热性能，能耐除氢氟酸（HF）以外的各种无机酸、有机酸及有机溶剂的腐蚀，而且耐  
高温，抗老化，可在各种高、低温场合使用，应用范围十分广泛。陶瓷填料可用于化工、冶金、煤气、制氧等行业的干燥塔、吸收塔、冷却塔、洗涤塔、再生塔等.          

Product  introduction:  
Ceramic  rasching  ring  is  a  form  of  random  packing  and  is  used  in  commercial  fractional  distillation  columns  to  reduce  pressure  loss  (versus  using  trays),  while  maintaining  good  efficiency  and  economy.  Ying  Chao  rasching  ring  packing  is  proven  in  a  wide  range  of  mass  transfer  applications.  Rasching  ring  structure  provides  one  of  the  largest  surface  areas  among  tower  packing  options  and  handles  heavy  loading,  process  upsets  and  temperature  shocks.  

Characteristics:
Rasching  ring  is  the  earlist  annular  packing  with  fixed  geometry  shape.  It  has  the  following  characters:  simple  structure、  the  height  is  the  same  with  its  outer  diameter  ,  low  price.  But  it  has  problems  of  asymmetry  distribution  of  liquid  and  serious  phenomena  of  wall  flow  and  canal  flow.  Now  we  usuallly  use  corruption-resistant  ceramic  rasching  ring  in  acid  making  industry.
