产品特点:
1.铆接采用双按钮开关操作方式，安全可靠，压力、行程可调，方便操作。采用点动和半自动方式控制。可按照工艺需求任选定时或定程控制。以下为产品详细资料1.该系列油压压床以1-15MPA的液体压力为动力源,外接三相AC380V  50HZ或三相AC220  60HZ交流电源.总耗电功率不超过3.7KW.
2.该系列设备以液体作为介质来传递能量，控制灵活，易实现自动化，运行速度匀速平稳，与气压设备相比，速度和压力可调可控，出力调节范围大，独立性强，性能更稳定，能大大提高产品的压装质量。
3.设备待机时噪音不超过80分贝.
4.采用整体焊接的坚固开式结构,可使机身保持足够的的钢性,同时拥有最方便的操作空间,
5.分手动和半自动两种控制方式,手动可将压装上模停在任意行程范围内,配有紧急回升按钮,也可加装红外线护手装置.
6.该系列毛节气的压装行程一般通过计时器,压力开关,位置感应器,或客户本身的模具进行控制
7.铆接压装主轴的回升高度,可通过计时器,或位置感应器任意行程范围内调整.
8.主轴的下降回升速度匀为3tf为90MM/S,  5tf为75MM/S,  10tf为68MM/S.
