使用聚丙烯酰胺经验之谈

聚丙烯酰胺在被作为净水絮凝剂使用时，必须充分搅拌溶解后才能继续投加使用。否则不能发挥其应有的絮凝作用。溶解时搅拌速度控制在400~000/min为宜，时间约1小时。
为了混合均匀，应该使用最稀浓度。溶液存放时间不适宜超过10个小时，同时也不能与铁器接触，溶解水温不能超过60度，否则会使聚丙烯酰胺失去助凝效果，并造成净化出水中聚丙烯酰胺含量增加。
当被作为絮凝剂使用时，要获得好的助凝效果的用量幅度很小，适宜的投加量为0.03~0.4mg/L。超过这个范围时就会不起作用甚至会出现负作用。
若是自来水厂使用的话，为使得净化出水中丙烯酰胺单体含量不超过卫生标准，必须采用高聚合度的聚丙烯酰胺产品作为饮水用的净水絮凝剂。
