Although  it  is  not  very  grand  appearance,  there  is  a  exquisite  beauty  in  it.  Four  timber  piles  in  first  floor  support  the  balcony  on  the  second  floor.  The  construction  of  the  building  is  more  firm.  The  protruding  small  hall  makes  the  villa  no  longer  so  commonplace.
